When workflows are enabled (and appointment types are selected for the content page in the workflow), by default, if a pet owner attempts to schedule a multiple pet appointment, only the appointment type selected for the 1st pet will be made available for the subsequent pets. Refer screenshot below.
The highlighted section is blurred, preventing the user from selecting an appointment type for pets 2 and 3 when multi-pet is selected.
How could this be mitigated?
If the content page is generic or appears before the appointment type selection step, we need to untick the selected appointment types (all) to address this concern.
Once this step is completed, we can then select the different appointment types when scheduling a multi-pet appointment.
