Attachments for Referral Appointments allow pet owners and referring vets to book referral appointments and attach files related to the pets’ medical history. This allows pet owners and referring vets to provide referral vets with context on their pets’ conditions, while also enabling referral vets to better understand patients.
To enable attachments for referrals, please follow the steps:
1. Head on over to settings on your Vetstoria dashboard> advanced settings.
2. Click on the 'Display' tab.
3. You can then set the 'Attachments for Pet Medical History" to either 'Mandatory' or 'Optional;.
Difference between Mandatory & Optional
Mandatory - This will prevent the person filling in details from skipping the 'attachment for pet medical history' step. An asterisk will appear next to this text.
Optional - The person filling in the details can skip the 'attachment for pet medical history' step.
Things to note:
- An attachment can be either a PDF, PNG, or JPEG.
- Only one file can be added at a time
- The max file size is 15 MB
